Terms and Conditions

1.Services: DeFlying Gravity provides real estate photography services including camera photography, drone photography, video production, and 360 walkthrough tours.

2.Booking and Payment: Clients agree to schedule appointments for services in advance. Payment terms are outlined in the invoice provided and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

4.Intellectual Property: All photographs, videos, and other media produced by DeFlying Gravity are the intellectual property of DeFlying Gravity. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the media for their real estate listings and marketing purposes only.

5.Usage Rights: Clients agree not to resell or distribute media produced by DeFlying Gravity to third parties without prior written consent. Media may not be used for any unlawful or unethical purposes.

6.Liability: While every effort is made to capture properties accurately, DeFlying Gravity shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the media produced. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information provided for their listings.

7.Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify  and hold harmless DeFlying Gravity, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of services provided.

8.Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.Modification: DeFlying Gravity reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.

10.Acceptance: By engaging with DeFlying Gravity and using our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
